Setting up Cue

Cue is set up once for each studio, on the web. Whoever runs the studio opens the account and adds the team. Everyone else signs in to the apps with the email address they were added under.

If you run the studio

1. Open an account.

   Cue emails you a code to confirm your address. A person then reviews the request, and Cue emails you when your account is ready.

   Request access

2. Set up the apps. Install Cue on your iPhone or iPad and on your computer, and sign in with the same address.

3. Link your studio. In the app, sign in to GotPhoto. That links your studio to your Cue subscription.

4. Add your team. At app.cue.photo, open Members and add each person by email address. Cue emails each of them an invitation.

If your studio already uses Cue

Ask whoever runs your studio to add you at app.cue.photo, with the email address you will sign in with. Cue emails you an invitation once they have.

Then install the app and sign in with that address.

If the app says your address does not reach a Cue subscription, your studio has not added that address yet, or added a different one. Once it is added, ask the app for a new code.
